How the Strategy& interview process works
CV/resume screening with some offices requiring online tests (numerical, verbal). Strong academic credentials, prior analytical work experience, and clear motivation for strategy consulting are assessed at this stage.
45-60 minute case interview with a manager or senior consultant. Strategy& cases focus on corporate strategy, M&A, digital transformation, or operational performance improvement. Expect structured issue trees, estimation, and MECE frameworks.
Partner-level case interview plus a behavioral PEI interview. Strategy& partners assess leadership, client maturity, drive, and team orientation. Cases at this level may be less structured — testing your ability to navigate ambiguity.
